Bath Street Inn is a Santa Barbara bed and breakfast located close to the heart of old Santa Barbara and offering the traditional warmth and gracious hospitality of a European inn. When the Inn opened in 1981, it immediately became a special place to relax and renew the spirit. Whether it is a vacation, a little getaway, or a special occasion that brings you to us; we welcome you and hope that you, too, make the Bath Street Inn Bed and Breakfast your haven in Santa Barbara.
Spring is in the air and there is no better time to visit our lovely, historic town. The oranges are ripening on the trees and the jasmine is beginning to bloom. At our Santa Barbara, CA inn, we have a head start on creating a memorable experience for you: enjoy our temperate climate, clean and welcoming beaches, wonderful restaurants, theaters and museums, wineries, and a beautiful, compact downtown. Start your day here with a bountiful hot made-from-scratch breakfast served at intimate tables for two in the dining room or outdoor patio garden. Linger over coffee and then head off to explore Santa Barbara's architecture, museums, waterfront, shopping, and wine country. For extra value, be sure to check out our Specials
Santa Barbara has live music and theater offerings to dazzle. The first of the outdoor concerts at the Santa Barbara Bowl is April 18th with New Order and Johnny Marr. Sting is scheduled for a June 3rd performance. The Granada Theatre brings us world-class stage events of dance, Broadway, comedy, and music in addition to performances by the Santa Barbara Symphony.
For only fifty cents, our city's electric shuttle takes you to the waterfront, where you can watch the waves, enjoy a kayak paddle, or take in a whale watching or sunset cruise.
When you return from your day, we will have afternoon tea ready for you: tea, lemonade, homemade cakes, and cookies followed by a wine and cheese social hour to restore you!
Let us transport you to a time when life was not so frantic, a time of leisurely connection, quiet conversation, and gracious living.
